Este curso es el equivalente del curso MOC retirado 10982E: soporte y solución de problemas de Windows 10.
Este es un curso ILT de 4 días que está diseñado para proporcionar a los estudiantes los conocimientos y las habilidades necesarias para brindar soporte y solucionar problemas de PC y dispositivos con Windows 11, entorno de dominio de Windows Server Active Directory local.
Estas habilidades incluyen la comprensión de:
